This aromatic Asian chicken gets its color and flavor from the dark sesame oil.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 20 Minutes
Ingredients

2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons dark (Asian) sesame oil
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
3 to 4 (1 pound) Gold'n Plump Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Position oven broiler rack about 5 inches from the heating element; preheat broiler. Lightly coat a baking sheet or broiler pan with cooking spray.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Put sesame seeds in small dry skillet over medium-high heat. Toss or stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until seeds are lightly browned. Transfer to plate to cool.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Stir together sesame oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar in shallow dish. Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap or in a plastic bag. Using a rolling pin or other flat object, flatten chicken to 1/2-inch uniform thickness.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Dip chicken in soy sauce mixture and coat evenly. Discard remaining soy sauce mixture. Place chicken in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side or unti lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
 
Step 5  Step 5:
For each serving, place 2 chicken breast breast halves on plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
 
Step 6  Variation::
If you prefer, cook the chicken on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side or until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
 

Serving Suggestion: Serve this aromatic chicken with Chinese Wheat Flour Noodles with Sesame_Pepper Dressing.
